Installation & Equipment
All required customer equipment is provided. Standard installation is $99. Some locations may require additional work to avoid obstacles; those installations are quoted individually as needed.
ISNS moves internet across its local wireless network from tower sites to customer locations. That means service can reach places where running a new cable to every property is not practical.
01
Internet enters the ISNS network and is routed toward the sites that serve the surrounding area.
02
Wireless backhaul carries traffic between towers and distribution points across the network.
03
A radio installed at your location connects back to the ISNS network through an available service path.
04
Your connection is handed off to the managed dual-band Wi-Fi equipment included with your plan.
ISNS operates from Winchester, Tennessee. The same local network that delivers your connection is backed by people who work with that infrastructure every day.
A local team familiar with the network and the area it serves.
Service built around fixed-wireless infrastructure instead of a one-size-fits-all connection.
Customer equipment and managed Wi-Fi included with service.
Fixed-wireless availability depends on your location and the path to the network. Send an availability request and ISNS can determine whether service is available at your property.
